- Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.30 x h: 0.34), set between plain pilasters.

- Capitals with some Rustic forms: 0.035.

- Second to third century A.D. (lettering)

- Lepcis Magna: Wadi Lebdah; Probably found on the West bank (Aurigemma MS notes). Formerly in Homs Museum
