Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.24 x h: 0.64). 
Letters:
Local second to third century A.D. capitals with some Rustic forms: 0.035-0.045. 
Date:
Second to third centuries A.D. (lettering). 
Findspot:
Sabratha: Found opposite the Antonine Temple, now placed on a moulded base within the adjacent fountain.
