Damaged rectangular base (surviving width w: 0.47 x h: 0.89 x d: 0.59) of coarse grey limestone, uniform with 118, 119, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125. 
Text:
Inscribed on one face within a moulded panel, die not precisely measurable. 
Letters:
Local second to third century A.D. capitals with some Rustic forms: 0.03-0.04.
