- Tomb formed of a block of sandstone tapering slightly from head to foot (w: 0.47 x h: 1.13), originally stuccoed and inscribed on the stuccoed surface, which is now almost entirely lost.

- Inscribed on the stuccoed surface: the inscription survives only where the letters were cut through the stucco and into the stone below.
