- Inscribed on one face; the lower edge was probably moulded, and the surface of the left part of the inscribed face has been roughly chiselled back.
- Letters:
- First century lapidary capitals: from top of block; l. 1, 0.01-0.20; l. 2, 0.24-0.40; to bottom, 0.51.
- Date:
- First century A.D. (lettering)

- Lepcis Magna: Forum Vetus, behind the Temple of Rome and Augustus, west of the Byzantine Wall, near the sea-shore.
