- Inscribed within a moulded tabella ansata (die, w: 1.24 x h: 0.50, ivy leaf in each ansa).
- Letters:
- Rustic capitals: ll. 1-3, 0.06-0.065; l. 4, 0.045-0.05.
- Date:
- Second to third centuries A.D. (lettering)

- Lepcis Magna: Gasr ed-Doueirat; Beside the mausoleum, on the left bank of the Wadi Lebdah, about 2 km. above Lepcis
