Translation:
Caius Marcius Dento, flamen (priest) of Augustus, sufete, perpetual flamen (priest) set up at his own expense the statue decreed to him publicly on account of his merits.
Commentary:
l.3, sufes: i.e. before the grant of colonial status by Trajan, see 412. The mannerisms of the lettering would otherwise suggest a rather later date.
