Set of nine market-benches of grey limestone, roughly uniform (av. w: 1.90 x h: 0.20 x d: 0.52). a) - d) Four alike but not all complete. . e) - f) Two alike.  
Text:
Inscribed on the front edge within a moulded border (die, w: 1.65 x h: 0.05). 
Letters:
Irregular first century A.D. capitals: 0.045. 
Date:
First century A.D. (lettering).  
Findspot:
Lepcis Magna: Market. One of them was found re-used as a step in the main entrance to the Turkish hospital in Homs (Aurigemma, loc. cit.).

Unknown 
Last recorded location:
replaced in position between the columns of the octagonal limestone building.
