Inscribed within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.30 x h: 0.52) from the centre of which a circular object has been erased. The first line is cut above the die; there are formal sprays at the end of lines 4 and 10.

Translation:

In honour of Quintius, perpetual flamen (priest), priest. On account of the merit of his public service and of his successfully completed embassy, to Lucius Aemilius Quintus, perpetual flamen (priest), priest; the most splendid council of the city of the Lepcimagnensians gave (this).
