- The upper part of a rectangular base (w: 0.46 x h: 0.40 x d: 0.43, height incomplete) of white marble once inscribed on all four sides. 558 is inscribed on the opposite face. Two sides subsequently erased.

- On the front inscribed within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.32 x ), the first line is cut above the die.
