Translation:
The pool, increased in size at public expense and [decorated] with marbles and columns and also Cupids, was dedicated when Lucius [Hedius Rufus Lollianus Avitus] was proconsul [and] Caius Vibius Gallio Claudius Severus, legate with propraetorian powers.
