Inscribed on the upper moulding (a) and on the face (b). There is a roughly scored line beneath the text of b. 
Letters:
Irregular lettering; a. 0.015; b. 1-5, 0.02-0.035; last line, in much more careful lettering, 0.03.

A.D. 337-350 (reign) 
Findspot:
Lepcis Magna: presumed to have come from Lepcis together with 310a, 349a, 693 and part of 342.
