Translation:

To emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus Pius, holding tribunician power for the fourth time, proconsul, son of emperor Caesar Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax Augustus, victor in Arabia, victor in Adiabene, greatest victor in Parthia, most fortunate, father of the country; the Curia Pia Severiana set this up in accordance with a vow.
