Translation:
[To Julia Augusta, mother of the camps, mother of the Augusti], wife of unconquered emperor Caesar Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax Augustus, victor in Arabia, victor in Adiabene, greatest victor in Parthia; Marcus Calpurnius Geta Attianus and Marcus Calpurnius Attianus, his son, set this up, being most devoted to their divine power.
