Lintel (w: 3.17 x h: 0.97 x d: 0.30) of grey limestone. 
Text:
Inscribed within a moulded tabella ansata (die, w: 2.315 x h: 0.62); there is a rosette in relief within each ansa and clasped hands in relief in the centre of line 2, between the words patre and Patriae. Two lines of Neo-Punic follow the Latin text (unpublished but identical with the Neo-Punic text of 321, q.v.) . Uniform with 321, 323. The text is identical with that of 323.

Translation:

When Emperor Caesar Augustus, son of the deified (Caesar), chief priest, was ()holding tribunician power for the twentyfourth time, consul for the thirteenth, father of the country, Annobal, adorner of his country, lover of concord, flamen (local priest), sufete, in charged of sacred things, son of Himilcho Tapapius Rufus, saw to the construction at his own expense and also dedicated it.
