Inscribed on the surviving face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.24 x h: 0.16)..

Rustic capitals: l. 1, 0.03; ll. 2-4, 0.02.

Lepcis Magna: Wadi Lebdah; On the left bank, about 50 m. North of the Main Road. Found in situ on a tomb
