Letters:
Irregular capitals with some Rustic forms: 0.045  
Date:
Second to third centuries A.D. (lettering) 
Findspot:
Lepcis Magna: Gasr esc-Sciaddad. Found at the foot of this mausoleum which is in the zone of mausolea East of the city.
