inscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.37 x h: 0.57) from which the inscribed surface has been carefully removed. Uniform with 628, 630.

Translation:

(Whole text erased). To Caius Aemilius [·· ? ··], son of Caius Aemilius Rufinus; Aemilia Victrix his mother set this up at her own expense to a most dutiful son, with permission of the most splendid city council.
