Translation:

To Marcus Cornelius Capitolinus, of the Roman voting tribe Papiria, flamen (priest), in accordance with the will of Caius Aelius Rufinus his son-in-law, Tiberius and Quintus Plautius Lupus and (Plautius) Haterianus, brothers of Rufinus, undertook the erection.
