Inscribed on one long side within a moulded tabella ansata (die, w: 0.55 x h: 0.32).  
Letters:
Lapidary capitals: 0.06. 
Date:
First century A.D. (context, lettering)  
Findspot:
Lepcis Magna: Decumanus maximus; South West angle of Reg. III, ins. 8, beside the main street. The lay-out of this insula, probably Julio-Claudian, conforms to the site of, and is presumably later than, the monument.
