9, AVGGG;. 375-378.

Translation:

Of Flavianius, most splendid (i.e. of senatorial status). To Nicomachus Flavianus, at that time deputy for the praetorian prefects throughout the African provinces, with the glory of the Roman name flourishing and the good fortune vigorous of our lords and emperors, Valens, Gratian and Valentinian, perpetual and always Augusti, and everywhere victorious; the faithful and innocent city council of Lepcis Magna, together with the people, set this up with all votes in favour to an outstanding patron.

Commentary:

l. 2. Virius Nicomachus Flavianus, PW VI. 2506. 14; vicarius of Africa in 376.
