Inscribed on two faces at the same period. a) on the face, within a border consisting of a single scored line (die, w: 0.42 x h: 0.81); b) on the left-hand face, at the top.

Translation:

(a) To Publius Septimius Geta, most noble Caesar (all erased) the colony of Septimia Tyre, metropolis of Phoenicia and of other cities. (b) Septimius Heraclitus, saw to the erection.
