Reinscribed on one face within a moulded panel (die, w: 0.36 x h: 0.71), from which a previous inscription has been erased; the first word is cut above the die, between formal sprays; a similar spray follows the main text.

Translation:

(In honour) of Obsequius. To Caius Valerius Vibianus, excellent man (of equestrian status), governor of the province of Tripolitania, a man of singular equity and benevolent vigour, of every virtue, on account of his regard for them, at first beginning and subsequently continuous; the most splendid city council of the Lepcimagnensians and the people set this up to their patron, in accordance with a decree of the most spelndid city council.
