Inscribed on one face. Found re-used as a bracket. An oblong hole has been cut between ll. 4 and 5.

To Publius Septimius Geta Caesar, son (all erased) of Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax Augustus, victor in Arabia, victor in Adiabene, greatest victor in Parthia, most fortunate, father of the country; the Curia Matidia set this up in accordance with a vow.
